Is ZeusMix a Bitcoin mixer or tumbler?

No. ZeusMix is a non-custodial relay — it never holds your Bitcoin. It generates a one-time deposit address, waits for your on-chain deposit, then immediately forwards the split to your specified addresses. There is no pooling, no blending with other users' funds, and no intermediary custody.

Does ZeusMix keep logs or store my IP address?

Zero logs. HTTP access logs are discarded at the Caddy edge proxy level (Caddy directive: log { output discard }). No IP addresses, no session metadata, no cookies, and no analytics scripts are ever stored. The recipient addresses exist only in volatile memory during the 60-minute session window.

Does ZeusMix work in Tor Browser without JavaScript?

Yes. The /no-js/ interface is 100% server-rendered HTML and CSS — no JavaScript executes in the browser at any point. It is tested on Tor Browser Safest mode, Lynx, and w3m. The address QR code is generated server-side as a pure SVG and inlined into the page.

What is the minimum Bitcoin amount I can split?

The minimum is 0.0005 BTC (~$30 at current prices). This covers Bitcoin mainnet dust limits and ensures the split outputs are above the miner fee threshold even during high-congestion periods.

Can my transaction get stuck in the mempool?

Highly unlikely. ZeusMix reads live sat/vB fee data from mempool.space before broadcasting. You choose fee priority at order creation: Cozy (~14 sat/vB, next few blocks) or Instant (~50+ sat/vB, next block). The gateway tracks your deposit in real time and broadcasts immediately on confirmation.

Is KYC or account registration required?

Never. No account. No email. No phone. No ID. Paste your destination addresses, get a deposit address, send Bitcoin. That is the entire flow. ZeusMix has no user database — sessions are ephemeral and expire after 60 minutes.

How is ZeusMix different from Wasabi Wallet or JoinMarket?

Wasabi and JoinMarket use CoinJoin — they coordinate with other users to create a joint transaction, which requires all participants to be online simultaneously and charges coordination fees. ZeusMix is a single-party relay: you deposit, it splits to your addresses, no other users involved. Faster, simpler, and no wallet software to install.

Does the ZeusMix node ever see my private keys?

The edge ingress node (which handles your web session) never touches private keys. The ephemeral deposit address private key is generated and used only in the isolated gateway process. Once the outgoing transaction is broadcast, the key is discarded from memory. You can verify this in the open source code.
