Non-Custodial Bitcoin Relay & Output Splitting Protocol Service Agreement
By accessing or using the ZeusMix terminal (including the Web Terminal at zeusmix.net and the No-JS interfaces at /no-js/), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
1. Nature of the Protocol (Non-Custodial Relay)
ZeusMix is a software protocol facilitating non-custodial Bitcoin transaction forwarding and output splitting. ZeusMix is not a bank, exchange, custodian, broker, or financial institution. At no point does ZeusMix take ownership, custody, or control over user funds. Generated gateway addresses are algorithmic forwarding conduits that execute automated UTXO consolidation and multi-recipient splitting.
2. Cryptographic Irreversibility & User Responsibility
- Immutable Network Execution: All Bitcoin transactions broadcasted by the protocol to the Bitcoin Mainnet are cryptographically irreversible once mined into a block.
- Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of all destination addresses entered into the terminal. ZeusMix cannot recover, redirect, or refund funds dispatched to an incorrect address.
- Session Expiration: Deposit gateways are ephemeral and remain active for 60 minutes from generation. Deposits sent after expiration may require manual consolidation or automated refund sweeps.
3. Mempool Priority, Fees & Block Delays
Bitcoin mining network congestion is dynamic and dictated by global market forces:
- ZeusMix dynamically calculates relay fees based on live mempool telemetry (Cozy Relay 20x base ~4 hrs, Instant Dispatch 50x base).
- ZeusMix is not liable for confirmation delays resulting from sudden network spikes, re-organizations, or miner mempool policy divergences.
4. Prohibited Uses & Compliance
Users agree not to utilize ZeusMix in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or international sanctions regimes. You warrant that funds transmitted through the platform are not derived from illegal activities, ransomware extortion, or illicit financing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEUSMIX DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM PROTOCOL EXECUTION, BLOCKCHAIN LATENCY, NETWORK REORGANIZATION, OR USER ERROR.
